so i took them to the laundry room myself when we got back from the day

also, they didn t have enough quarters to give me change for the laundry so the night manager just washed

the hotel laundry room door stood wide open, too; no one likes to see that

was black mold in the bathroom, the towel bar was missing a screw and fell off the wall, and the pool heater

the staff was very good, especially bonny at the food/ bar area

paying for breakfast is the pits. i prefer to have a continental especially for the kids.

booked specifically a pet friendly hotel but was not told until i arrived that it was an extra $30 for my pet

the wifi did not work the entire trip

the room smelled of wet dog. it was horrible. the wifi was unsecured so we didn t use it.

i also noticed how clean the driveway and parking lot area were

staff real good. breakfast was pretty good. room clean and neat.

this is a pet friendly hotel - beyond the first floor the hallways have a distinct smell that is clearly

they had provided plastic laundry bags in room for wet clothing but housekeeping did give us trashbag

no tub no swimming pool due to renovation and no laundry or breakfast and no coffee maker

i walked up in person to be told they are all in laundry, then told we will be given in 10 mins

hotel was clean and queen bed suite was roomy. laundry was available which was nice.
