the parking lot was snow covered & not plowed, neither were the sidewalks

continental breakfast, pillows different size and too thin for my comfort

did not experience breakfast because i slept in past checkpout by 1/2 hour

breakfast was a joke cereal and juice nothing else available at counter no staff available to help

the advertised free breakfast, wasn't that good
