i really like the bridges cafe across the parking lot

we stayed in #23 (upstairs far right in blue building) with small stocked kitchen, table, hide-a-bed, queen

sent ourbdirty towels to laundry never received fresh towels

laundry room was very dirty as well as the bathroom.

pool was nice but seems the only justification for its price as there was no breakfast offered, laundry and

swimming pool and hot tub was a great finish to the evening and the free breakfast was hot and ready when i

didn't know about extra pet fee until we checked in. but staff handled it well.

i had to gather dirty bath towels daily and take them to the hotel laundry department and pick up fresh towels

1 towel had mascara stains. probably laundry wasn't able to get out but very off putting.

stayed at the hotel because we were visiting four winds casino, this hotel was only a few minutes from the casino

room, dining area and pool was clean

in was delayed over 1 1/2 hours due to lack of bedding from laundry

breakfast had quality food, range free fresh eggs. laundry room was clean and easy to use.

didn't love that the laundry was on the top floor but it was great to have access to it regardless

- the hotel has (paid) laundry facilities and (free) ice dispensers

the pool was cold, very cold. also, there were brackets sticking out from the bed frame.

beds and pillows are super comfortable and the shower is awesome. breakfast is also top nothch

- i was able to park a 15-foot u-haul moving truck in the parking lot, and i saw a couple of even bigger trucks

we don't understand why most hotels charge a pet fee when most humans are way more destructive than our small

location of the hotel was very convenient for dunes national park, and right across the parking lot from an

nothing, this hotel met our needs for the weekend. the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

was close to the acorn theater and there was a biggby in the parking lot

pool isn't heated and has what looks like an old mildew ring around the edge at water surface

late check in was great as we didn't realize we would hit a time change

our room is directly above the laundry and that probably explains it

really want the old hot breakfast it is much much better
