i was sad that the laundry soap dispenser on the 2nd and 3rd floors were each out of order

cleanest pool i've ever seen

there should be enough ice to fill a cooler, tv should have worked, spa tubs should work better

wifi service was very bad

parking outside our hotel room door was so convenient for bringing luggage in, and the outdoor pool and hot tub

easier for my mom and kids to have car right outside room

the rooms were comfortable and clean, hot water, shower pressure, comfy beds, close parking, lovely staff

nice paved patio out back for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife plus a playground for the kids

the kids had a great time and so did we

laundry facilities were small and expensive

the treadmill and other equipment not working in the fitness room

we also enjoyed the breakfast

the pool and hot tub are wonderful

hotel room is very clean and the swimming pool is young kids friendly

view of the marina was lovely, in room jacuzzi is lots of fun, great location and onsite laundry was a plus

were in a kitchen suite

we couldn't get wifi

neighbors, little kids were loud, seemed like lots of extra rooms to book us next to noisy family

felt like i was brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink

we stayed in room 108 and the door to the guest laundry stayed open making it very loud.

our room was next to laundry area and we could hear machines running in our room.

the staff break room, laundry, and cleaning carts were stored next to our room and the staff was loud a few

she walked us around showing the lobby, dinning room laundry, pool etc

hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was great as well
