car parking was at a premium at all times near the reception and spa which could be frustrating

laundry service seemed to be a bit of a chore, had to ask for bags and then didn't get forms so i

again, we were told to wait another 5 minutes and then we were told there was an issue with the laundry

we needed our outfits ironed, asked to use their iron, the laundry staff ironed our clothes

pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. good location as i have a relative nearby.

we were then given another room for disabled, ground floor at the back of hotel beside the laundry and bin area

, don't get room 30 , continued slamming of the fire door entrance to the housekeeping area/laundry,like constantly

vent from the laundry was right outside our window which went on at 6:30 turned off at 8am

staff are a credit to the hotel from the front desk to the bar to breakfast to the cleaner who helped us rescue

bar food was excellent value, served quickly by pleasant staff

central for playing golf @ nearby roe park and for city of derry airport

i didn t try it but the room service menu was good and very reasonably priced

asked for a room to suit a friend who had a disability and for room service meals

have stayed before without issues however this was different , poor wifi , rude staff

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

boutique hotel they did our laundry, book nail appointment, provided maps and

floors with bathroom, bedroom and a small living area on the first floor and a second bedroom and kitchen upstairs

would have liked bar food a bit later.
