the pool/hottub was clean and relaxing

wifi kept going out couldn t work from my laptop.

not best western fault but the service was terrible no phone lines working and wifi was horrible

we needed for a weekend get-away - hot tub, a pool, vending and ice machine, complimentary breakfast, hair dryer

turns out some kids had disconnected to hook up a gaming console ( typically) , so he reconfigured

smelled musty and room was directly over the pool so i think kids were coughing at night due to pool

the hotel has a really nice bar in the lobby and people were just hanging out, it was a really cool vibe

about $150 including taxes & fees, which can seem a little pricey, but considering the validated parking and

we visited the bar in the lobby a couple of times and the bartender was very nice, drinks were cold and refreshing

called to order room service and because i called at 10:01am instead of 10:00am, there restaurant staff said

no breakfast

ordered a non smoking and we were put in a smoking and was told that it was the last room on the first floor i

the sink was being held up by 2x4s, there was a hole in our comforter, and the non smoking room reeked of

room stunk of cigarettes it was a non smoking room

so she googled it and then she looked all over the office i asked her if she would check the laundry room cause

00 for two nights plus 45 dollars a night per pet plus a 100 deposit and i would like wat they owe

breakfast bar had no bowls, no milk, no toast muffin were awful no coffee maker in the room we asked where

wifi didn t work, called and the front desk didn t help at all, cable on tv was terrible,
