the pool is small but is ok sufficient for our needs (we used the hotel mostly to visit merida)

they accidentally sent a nightdress to the laundry which did not reappear until after we left but they posted

were slow to clear up glasses and plates in the patio / bar area so it looked a bit messy and like they weren

the junior suite which we oroginally booked was not pet friendly so we had to have a smaller room

the building is lovely - we had two inconnecting rooms for ourselves and our two kids

also, the gym has no a/c and it s gym machines are outdated

a real bonus was the local dramatic society doing a performance in the bar on that evening

wifi did not work fo more than a minute or two

a nice wee pool helps but the highlight was the courtyard, where i spent several happy hours reading with a

excellent food for both lunchtime in the bar and at dinner in the restaurant

we all loved the spa in the room

the spa bath in the room was a superb addition
