they said they would wash by laundry by the next day, but the returned the dirty laundry

they did our laundry too, and that worked great

we loved being able to dive in the pool after a day of walking among the ruins of maya temples

right next to entrance of tikal, super convenient, receptionists speak fluent english, wifi is surprisingly very

electricity and wifi are limited, but adequate (i always had enough for lights and the fan)

we used the laundry service, took longer than the 24h announced (we had to chase the night before we left), it

smelled so strongly of laundry soap it made our eyes burn; blood stain on pillow case; room had not much character

for a family as after walking around all day in the heat, the kids were able to jump in the pool

my kids loved the pool and the lodge is near tikal so if you have young kids that don t want to

facilities are good, pool, game room etc

extortionate laundry prices - and clothes came back late and not very clean

enjoyed sitting at the bar for dinner

the lodge (where you find the open restaurant, a bar and several sofa/armchairs where you can get wifi and work

location inside tikal where you can see from the pool toucans and spider monkeys (as in tikal national park)

the swimming pool was awesome, with a full service bar and restaurant
