great parking close to the door

parking was a little difficult with a truck/dually truck

easy check in and parking

on a noisy road (a/c helped drown it out) kitchen was very small

had advised of our check in time but had to pay a $10 extra fee for early check in

kids loved it here

location, nice rooms, golf course across the street and the staff.

i ended up using my own data as i found it took too long to connect to wifi.

they advertised that wifi was available, we we never able to connect as the signal in our room was too weak

was good except wifi would connect, but not go to sites ,just got unable to reach site message

was laundry day so i had to wash some clothes and the location of the laundry room was quite far from

laundry facilities

oh and the laundry machines are a lot to pay for

was always around, staff friendly, restaurant on premises handy for a good breakfast, diy laundry facilities

we also enjoyed the gym, pool, hot tub and liked having laundry

we discovered there was a laundry (would have been good to have this mentioned at reception as we didn't look

one can control, walkable to downtown nanaimo in minutes, a breakfast/lunch restaurant off lobby, laundry service

underground parking and a staff needed to open the gym for me instead of just being able to use my key

while the kitchenette in the room was nice to have they did not offer dish towels to wash the dishes and

the price could have been better as it did not include laundry or breakfast.
