even though we only stayed one night and didn't get to use it the pool area and it's self was very nice, and

kids loved the playground and the sound of the train nearby

the pool and hot tub were relaxing

parking & lighting was good

breakfast is continental, but with waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt also

ice machines and self-service laundry unavailability.

upon check in, hallways were piled 3-4 feet deep with trash bags and dirty laundry

closed for repairs, bar was closed until further notice, 3rd floor vending machine out of order, laundry on 3rd

wifi didn t work and they didn t bother to try fixing it cell service is almost nonexistent

staff were friendly and accommodated our laundry requests

the next day i wanted to do laundry and was told their washing machine was broken but could go towards the

parking lot is breaking up, outside security door has no lock, the locking mechanism on my room

ray is awesome and they have a seriously good breakfast set up

the breakfast was nice, also

the pool, gym, and ample room for our children to sleep comfortably and the super good breakfast
