we liked the kitchenette and the laundry, as we stayed 10 days

laundry machines were filthy- dryers not kept clean-lint so packed in to vents it looked like a

it was a seamless check in after that, and i was amazed they have free laundry facilities- and a workout room

the pool is nice

there was some parking construction

we were there for a ski race and the kids used the pool and had a great time

and the kids loved the pool with pool toys there all the time

coffee was in the lobby area and not in the kitchen area

room service menu was not replaced after using it the night before in order for us to place another

we ordered room service on our last morning and it was late and the fruit plate cover wouldn't come off, which

had breakfast with room service two mornings

our room was right next to the laundry room and maintenance room so it was loud in the mornings

was extremely disappointed to find out upon check in that the pool was closed

the pool is shaped like a bowl so it s not the most comfortable for waders like me.

were in room 110 i think right next to the laundry room and at 6:30am we could here machines running right

i found dirty laundry from previous guest under my bed ruffle

went above and beyond to help us check in by upgrading our room request to get away from little kids

and the pool area was nice for the kids

clearly states that quiet time is 10 pm to 6am yet a family with kids was very noisy and disruptive after those

quiet! staff are nice and courteous! parking are so spacious! pool and hot tub. wow!

was one of the reason we booked a room there was hoping to relax in it wasn't able to use pool too many kids in
