to enjoy a relaxing night away but upon arrival we discovered that the hotel was packed with kids and santa and

hotter than blazes when we got there and not all windows worked, had to prop windows open with kitchen utensils

rooms were empty - you have coffee machine, but not the cups, no laundry bags, no wine glasses, no wifi
