needed laundry done during my stay but couldn't get it to happen

i always book a place based on a gym/pool and frequently am unimpressed

since we had booked the bed&breakfast option and clearly reserved a pet friendly room i was simply surprised

the cottage was esquisite, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were
