amenities were a great plus , pool snack room laundry and work out

loved the pool, and we really liked having the kitchen in the room and that it was free to wash laundry

on both occassions i was informed that the wifi was not working, had not been working for some time, and is

wifi didnt work on the 3rd floor where our room was, there was no notification that the pool

the breakfast was great everyone was always friendly

kids were at the babysitter's, had no chores to do around the house, and just wanted an evening of

room wasn't even cleaned properly and all they did was make the beds look neat and fold the used laundry back

i didn't have time to use the pool or laundry area, but maybe next time

two main reasons we booked, the pool and laundry amenities were not available
