first impression when we pulled in the parking lot was not good

coffee in room and at breakfast wasn't great.

and provided the necessary steps to correct the situtation,overall a very good experience,the breakfast was

not something i want my kids to have to walk through

the pool table needs to be leveled and turned to get better shots.

i was disappointed the spa was fully booked and no access to pool/hot tub.

wish they had a pool.

the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was absolutely delicious

guest laundry room was a mess with overflowing garbage and prior guest laundry debris

we were able to book a private time in the pool, workout room and a brown bag breakfast was offered with plenty

over $200 a night the room should've been cleaner, still had garbage and someone else's laundry under the bed,

toilet rocked literally, no luggage trolleys to find but staff had one using for garbage and laundry removal

service was good but slow, not the servers' fault as she was also taking care of room service

lots of eateries and pubs nearby but we loved the bar and restaurant here best of all

extra for view, but it is mostly a view of the lcbo parking lot, and there was an lcbo strike and the parking
