laundry washing machine broken,kept washing, never rinsing, we left with wet, soapy laundry

they have a coin laundry

i didn't like that there was no pool and the website said there was.

the breakfast area had lots of seating and still was not cramped

there was old food in my refrigerator of the last visitors. no wifi, jacuzzi damage.

no pool! with no other options. no gym either. lucky for us we did have a spa bath in our room!!

parking is a little less than desirable. no hot breakfast still. #covid19

will definitely come back here with my kids

clean bathrooms and the room was convenient to the parking lot

kids were a little bummed there was no pool

i wish i was a golfer or might have been a horse rider

wish outdoor pool was heated and the kids expected a playground

love the golf course, the breakfast buffet and the views

the spa is exceptional

everything was so nice,i wished i had brought my golf club,maybe next time

pay washing machine wasn't working so the manager did our laundry for us at no cost

limited parking.

wifi was not the best and the room needs to be cleaned more

the main reasons we stayed here were for the pool and the laundry machines and they were both a let down

they keep the messy laundry room wide open so all the guests can see all the mess

when we finally we able to check in about 4:45 we were walking to dinner and passed the laundry room where 4

was disgusting laundry room full of trash i actually went and got trash bags to clean up so i could do laundry

didn t have an indoor pool.

free laundry facility with brand new washer and dryer was a very pleasant surprise

then two towels and a bed had hair on it ( it sure if from previous guest or from the laundry

free on-site laundry (just buy the soap) was a great plus for me, as i had just come off trail

was perfect for us as we were on our way to cherokee the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious

we ended up with a smoking room. i apparently did not notice that it was a smoking room.

the staff was wonderful and with a extra deposit they allow pets

5-7mbps at most, but it often cut out altogether and i had to switch to one of their other wifi networks or use

the room smelled of wet, mildewed laundry- so we left with that smell on us

it was a casino hotel and it was not
