exterior of the building was in need of maintenance and the laundry facility was not working

i had bags of garbage and bags of dirty laundry outside my room the three days i was there.

strip the bed sheets and pillowcases, gather dirty towels, and put into laundry bag

area was great staff was fantastic activities were great laundry

it's closeness to the lake so the kids could go fishing early in the morning, the pool, the rec room we were

property needs maintenance,cement work, carpet replacement and a total renovation to the gym area and equipment

breakfast was amazing

separated, food one place billiards another place gym, another place not to walking

had weird smell because of the fireplace

you also have soup and salad bar and your choice of dessert at the end

water pressure was bad, and the wifi was terrible, if those 2 things were fixed this place would be amazing

1. must pay for the laundry (in other hotels we stayed it was free)

the laundry room. 3 washing machines, 1 dryer and the dryer was broken.

laundry machines all the way in the back, buying soap & change all the way in the front

was full breakfast, fitness room, and laundry facility

very clean inside and out!! breakfast was delicious staff very accommodating.
