vibrations in 4th floor room from hotel laundry equipment below

was above laundry and commercial washers made our beds shake

loved the indoor pool

as a mom traveling alone with three small kids, i felt safe at all times

far off the highway. parking lot was almost full.

beautiful new hotel, lovely staff, gorgeous pool, free laundry facility, delicious restaurant.

the free laundry machines was a pleasant surprise

a single wire shower rack that was only productive in allowing toiletries to crash downward, a laundry bag that

suite was set for 2 persons (towels, pillows, chairs in the kitchen, etc), but we were 4 (2 kids)

i loved being on the first floor, we (me and my dog) were right in front of the laundry room

i went to the gym early morning, no water whatsoever(luckily i had my own, but what about those that wanted

they was myself, my elderly mom and my 2 kids so that wouldn't work

the pool was needing maintenanced, therefore my kids didnt get to enjoy the amenities

this room in february because it had an indoor pool for the kids

only complaint was that the indoor pool was extremely small, the kids attempted to swim in the evening but it

said that i had two kids one was 6 and one was 8

immaculately clean, friendly staff, laundry and simple, tidy breakfast

was no info in the rooms for wifi or really anything else but i was just there overnight so it wasn t a big

parking but it was full occupancy .

parking lot, some parking spaces are in a fire lane and the others are numbered and the one beside

staff were always in the hall with laundry carts and stood right in the middle so one could not get by

then the desk wasnt able to get them wifi access

hotel is under construction, there is no wifi and breakfast, the poor is not open as well

hotel bar was great for the evening too

no covered parking for motorcycle travel

bathroom has no exhaust fan so the whole room smells when someone goes #2 no laundry no pool no food no drinks

staying and room service had taken the ones we had but they only had 1 towel promised more after laundry and

wifi in room wasnt working, blinds in room broken, pool was not working, rooms were so cold.

also, breakfast food was pretty bad

parking - need a few more spaces so didn't have to walk around in the dark.

the outdoor pool was great for cooling off and burning some energy after spending most of the day in the car

it was one of the cleanest pet-friendly experiences we encountered while traveling from florida to pa using

parking right outside the door. refrigerator in room. pet friendly. good value for the $$.

wifi problems.

at 11pm she told us that we had to leave the lobby (saturday) the machine in the laundry didn t work

it is a pet friendly hotel but doesn't have a specific spot for walking your dog.

the coffee wasn t that great but dunkin donuts in parking lot

i have the certificate and a letter from my doctor yet i was required to pay a pet fee

kindly called around to help me find an affordable hotel nearby that could accommodate me and my pet

to get it back for her, other than the manager telling her mother she could go through the dirty laundry to try

i didn't like they put our room past the laundry room with the door open

gym was filthy and smelled ' breakfast was a joke

the smellnof fresh laundry was in the room and the room was nice and neat

towels when we needed to shower after the pool but i understood they were sold out and had to do laundry

only flaw i ve seen is parking. it gets full really quick during the night.

free breakfast was a bonus and very convenient

because of covid 19. they didn't have their regular breakfast but had bags made up for everyone.

i liked that there was a very clean laundry room as i had things to wash.

all of the cardio equipment at the gym were either broken or inoperable.

came home in the early evening to find bugs including roaches on counters located next to small kitchen sink &

showers had hot water and good pressure, laundry was available on site for a small fee, rooms were simple and

the attached restaurant that used to frequent had closed. wifi did not work.
