i might have listed the steep entrance to the lower unit area (pool level), but there is a way around that if

the breakfast was a little lacking

location close to main roads. clean and quiet with boat parking.

the area was spacious with plenty of close parking and safe

comfortable hotel with good facilities (guest laundry, swimming pool) and helpful, friendly

indoor pool (kids were really looking forward to it) and well-stocked complimentary breakfast.
