dated and soulless, the room we were in, which we payed over 80 a night for, was next to the laundry which we

weren't the best, we were next door to the laundry room so could hear it going all night, the card reader on

nice location, plenty of parking. large room, good wifi.

rooms were well done the place was funky in a good way very well done good for kids

spa was amazing loved the terrace with hot tubs, bar and lounge area

all staff receptionists, spa staff, bar staff and breakfast/ dinner staff were all exceptional and couldn t

the fact that our room was next to the laundry room and over the kitchen fans that started at 6am each morning

we then got out next the laundry room and at 20 past 8 in the morning the cleaners was talking as loud as can

spa area hadn't been serviced for too long resulting in laundry bins overflowing with used towels and empty

we left some laundry behind and the reception staff kindly packaged it up for us and posted it on

wasn't keen on the full english breakfast very dry and over cooked especially the black pudding

towels thin and laundry smelt like an old people's home no complimentary water paper cups and stirrers, no hot

some works being carried out by builders however on further inspection it appeared to be the laundry service

was a great convenience store, cafe, bakery and laundry out the back of the hotel which was handy

there was rubbish and dirty laundry and cleaning supplies left in the hall way over night blocking half the

dated, misleading photos on website no house keeping no laundry facilities no toiletries no child friendly

staff very rude room was shocking changed to another that was full of dirty laundry

disaster wrt laundry, failed to deliver on time and got laundry back un washed very dissapointing given i had

small complaint ,only one lift working so took longer and staff laundry workers use same lift ,so space in lift

we enjoyed a drink in the very well priced bar once we had been out for the day and our children were well

she was told she couldn t have any as she needed them and to go to laundry or reception

building structure was really lgreat layout so was inside and the fact that it has a spa and gym and restaurant

hotel wifi was shocking to connect too so i had to connect the tv to my phone 5g

- brilliant size family room - good variety of breakfast as a vegetarian and having two kids

kids absolutely loved the bunked beds

they were especially brilliant with my 2 young kids and made them feel at home

the kids were planning the next trip before we'd even checked out

staff very friendly. bar excellent. room large and comfortable.

our boat unfortunately got cancelled and he let us stay an extra night no problem gave us late check out

had the football on in the hotel bar which was an added bonus as my boy is football mad and this made his

good selection for breakfast in a spacious dining area, delicious food available from the bar and great service

weather was not great but we were well catered for with entertainment, a kids cinema room, games area and

kids had great time
