was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the laundry was a nice amenity and the arcade was a bonus

there was only one laundry machine (so it was under strong demand) and at first it didn't take my money correctly

only issue which isn t even major was the pool was chilly

breakfast was decent. lots of choices. hot food, cold food, and fruit, hard boiled eggs.

cellular service is limited due to the proximity of the hotel to the closest tower but the free wifi is more

we didn t use any of the spa services but were given a quick tour of the premises which looked (and smelled

room service was amazing - food was delicious and arrived quickly and without fanfare

the breakfast included was excellent as was everything we ate there

breakfast is delicious with several choices

the breakfast they provided every morning was delicious

plus the noise from the restaurant/ bar area was pretty loud late into the evening

the wifi worked well

i thought elephants were living above me, bug just two bratty kids

there are loose outlets, broken flooring, the dishwasher leaks and the kitchen floor was soaked when we arrived

loved that wood for the fireplace is provided & that there was a washer/dryer in the apt

nice clean kitchen with washer and dryer was a great convenience i did not expect

no laundry facility on property

we may have been next to laundry room or furnace

would have been nice it there was a pool for the kids

continental breakfast blew my expectations away

entire property is very dirty under bed behind the night tables, spa mold in the shower, cealing, dust bowls

was not very good, the heated pool wasn t warm enough to swim
