booked about a week or so in advance checked in we were put in the room right next to laundry and elevator so

i looked until i finally found someone in the laundry room

in lobby no breakfast fixed and remotes in bedroom didn't work didn't have batteries no clean laundry very poor

pool was advertised and that is the reason we selected this property and drove two extra hours to

i had called the hotel to verify pet policy and my reservation

i thought the laundry room was a little dirty

clean room, comfortable bed, warm shower, speedy wifi.

i booked a nonsmoking room but got a smoking.

it was pretty annoying to pay for a non smoking room and the people outside your door smoke so much till it

staff was great. so pleasant and helpful. clean room and loved the breakfast.

ladies at the front desk, house keeping, and the lady in the kitchen were very kind

only thing i didn't like is how early breakfast closes on the weekend

we stay here every year in december because we travel with a pet

starters parking was horrible , we had to park on the other side of th hotel and walk around to the other

room only had like 9 channels and non of them were kid friendly and you could not get into the wifi

and the pool was not open or working

phone couldn't find the wifi to connect

guest laundry was out of service even though i was assured at check-in it was in working order

the laundry room facilities didn't work i spend my money for nothing

outside pool, not enough parking lot lights

breakfast bar was very enjoyable

location, access, parking, cleanliness we're very good. staff friendly and attentive.

we wanted to wash laundry but the hotel could not provide us change

pool and gym still closed bc of covid as well as lounge

i liked that they serve breakfast in the morning and that they have an indoor pool.
