smoking rooms

wifi miserable

smelled like smoke wven though it was non smoking

no laundry

my room was a bit far from the office and when i finally located the laundry room the machines were over priced

did sleep there that night she could refund me my money i was upset an i had to go straight the a laundry mat

breakfast was very cold! they could work on that some.

i needs later pool hours.. lol.

pool was not clean

enjoyed the whirlpool spa in the room i requested.

there was construction on streets around it and got lost and not to many parking

indoor pool wasn't open and limited breakfast, must be due to the outbreak

good location , close to the casinos, very comfortable beds , very relaxing and quiet and very clean bathrooms

also wish the breakfast ran later than 9 am or at least the coffee did

the pool being open. convenience of location.

the pool was the best it was so relaxing the water was just right (warm) i would refer anyone and

that it had a pool and a gym.

grass needed mowing and parking lot cleaned up

asked for help on microwave and they brought us the one from breakfast area to use.

superbowl television channel was not working at the time, and there were no laundry facility available for guests

dirty bathroom, filthy laundry/ice area. advertised pool now a landfill.

was a lot of noise outside and party going out outside in parking lot

parking and sidewalks cluttered, but rooms very clean

also loved that parking was very close to the room

overhead light was out. bathroom door wouldn't latch. ice and laundry on 3rd floor inop

there is one that is so much better and they have ice on all floors, and do not charge for doing laundry

never made a trip without a workman with tools or maid with cart or laundry cart

all in all was ud83dudc4d no working ice machine on main floor and laundry room musty from water leak

the breakfast was the worst i ve ever had.

breakfast was above average with fresh biscuits and a change up from scrambled eggs every day

location of the hotel was great and so was the breakfast area (although we ate at the casino)

we had an exceptional desk agent and the lady that served the breakfast was exceptional.

close to border & winstar casinos, friendly staff plus excellent breakfast including sausage, eggs, waffles,

too close to the interstate. very loud traffic all night. limited parking.
