from walking places no lights on road very dark area once at the hotel no stores close by and no laundry

swimming pool was occupied by kids almost 100 % of the time, so this hotel is only good for family

large noisy parties most nights and local party goers filled up the hotel parking lot

ll be disappointed, but it s the staff that makes it nice there is a restaurant (small) and bar where many

laundry facilities were right by our room, which was so convenient

spacious, good kitchen area. pool and gym very good. top quality restaurant.

we rented a car and parking was free and inside the structure (i

could use extra blankets in the room and the parking is a bit shallow but manageable.

# laundry - only 2 washers and 2 dryers for a facility this expensive

wasn't any microwave in the ground floor room but in the laundry area

sabor restaurant and bar were excellent. food and beverages were impeccable.

room wifi was poor, as was hot water in the shower

challenges were poor wifi, and housekeeping - the room during my stay was not cleaned for about two days, and

over a chair was gone and i never got it back because the aide figured it would likely be in the laundry room

i arrived at 9:30 and had to wait 45 minutes at the bar before somebody came to register me in

the resort is super pretty, it has a nice pool with view on the water

breakfast available except on weekends, but does have a kitchenette cars and canoes for rent spa

it was nice to have a kitchen and the view of the canal was lovely. seemed to have a nice pool.

a great hotel in a quieter area, loved the beach and pool. good, big comfy bed

wifi is not good in the guestrooms.

can in nassau go to the laundry an wash all my clothes because they get wet in the room

ended up in covid quarantine for 5 days and they brought 3 meals a day to my room but there is no room service

the beach is beautiful, the gym is small but well equipped, and the buffet items has plenty of healthy food

a special thanks to mary cruz and laura, who took care of our baby at the kids center and later we discovered

plenty variety for breakfast. beautiful show. kids enjoyed the pool.
