huge play/lap pool and nice hot tub

the shuttle service was exceptional and convenient with our large group

handicap parking spot is not clearly marked

the restaurant was terrible and the spa was one step up from a ymca

all of the employees that we met were friendly, and our breakfast was delicious

also, they didn t have enough quarters to give me change for the laundry so the night manager just washed

laundry services really suck.

the hotel laundry room door stood wide open, too; no one likes to see that

on site laundry, packing lot was very nice and plenty of light. place to sit outside and visit.

the hallway at 3 o clock in the morning and my room was also right down the hall from the laundry room which

customer laundry room was closed off, exercise room was non existent, and no hot tub at pool area which was

only one towel per room, had to go to laundry room to get fresh towels.

we arrived we waited at the desk for 10 minutes for the desk clerk who was doing laundry

staff was rude and can not keep up with laundry we had to ask several times each day for clean room towels and

then he proceeded to tell me they also had a newborn sleeping back in laundry area

was black mold in the bathroom, the towel bar was missing a screw and fell off the wall, and the pool heater

the staff was very good, especially bonny at the food/ bar area

paying for breakfast is the pits. i prefer to have a continental especially for the kids.

ample parking, but after 11pm you end up in the back lot which is not well lit.

this is a pet friendly hotel - beyond the first floor the hallways have a distinct smell that is clearly

hotel was clean and queen bed suite was roomy. laundry was available which was nice.
