we booked this luxury hotel as a 4 day break to recharge our batteries and make use of their laundry services

inside the hotel the lobby, bar and restaurant are on the ground floor with open spaces

coffee machine in the room was faulty but they replaced it the next day, the room service menu is a bit limited

one thing- there was only one person serving in the restaurant and bar that evening and it was busy

in other words, the bar was closed, including room service

dirty laundry was transferred through reception/breakfast room during breakfast time will never recommend

wifi only in common areas and no lift

stay was wonderful, beautiful grounds and our room had everything we needed including a small kitchen

the kitchen and in particular the cooking facilities were poor.

although we did not use the kitchen, it seems to have all you need to make your breakfast and dinner

unique concept of a buffet bar accessible by guests at all hours and free to use

everything was great, especially the fact that they are pet-friendly!

really nice hotel to stay, they have gym, sauna, apero and snacks. totally recommend !
