great laundry services

we regret that we only stayed one night and did not have time to enjoy the beautiful pool

wifi signal could be better, customer service was a bit slow at times for small requests but still

view, beautiful rooms, so so clean, good wifi, very nice staff

lunch was served late, but the breakfast was swift

breakfast was fine

flies at breakfast were a nuisance, and maybe some fans or netting around the area to deter them

the views from breakfast were so beautiful

they were super vigilant with our kids, especially on the beach

the pool closes early

food is ok at best, housekeeping comes sporadically, laundry came back wet, and massage was a bit pathetic -

was no spa or gym option but we were told this is being planned

the wifi was also good in the room

the rooms are fantastic; spacious, clean, with an amazing view (wifi was good in the whole accommodation)

the variety in food is great and the breakfast is delicious

bella, in front of house, our cleaner agnes, and the (nigerian) laundry man were the standout personalities

as i like to have coffee when i get up, before the bar is open, i asked for a kettle which i got but no cups,

network, wifi and tv signal was poor

only they should finish with the swimming pool which is not completed yet

wifi was also really shaky

also, i know it's the beach and you're supposed to be disconnected, but there didn't appear to be wifi anywhere

is courteous and attentive but information among members is less than perfect: one said that laundry was welcome

important note: there is no mobile network (mtn and tigo) and the wifi mostly doesn t work, so if you need
