rooftop pool was great, perfect space for a romantic night away

i also placed a room service order, when the order came i realized that i didnt receive my drinks order so i

shower ain't strong enough, wifi didn't work throughout my living space except for top balcony

they seemed to have one kitchen covering all the resturants on the resort

food quality very poor in 1887 bar and staff were abrupt and dismissive

we understand there was a fire at the laundry recently, that might have impacted that

no laundry info so again called reception who said a bag and form should have been in the room and

its really unfortunate that a favorite blouse also got ruined in their laundry

only negative for me was getting my laundry done, laundry facilities should have been more accessible at a more

room and the 1887 bar was lovely

had clothes sent in laundry bag for 4 days when asked if i could have them back on check out they had lost my

expect the same level of toiletries in the communal toilets not non brand -there needs to be laundry bags in

didn't love the fact that the pool towels are $5 usd a day and laundry is $20 per load feels like they were

there were no facial tissues in the bathroom, no bounty hand towels in the kitchen

we had a wonderful little house with a kitchen and a terrasse as well as a balcony in our bedroom overlooking

recommendations for it to be perfect would be:- - we would have liked a few more items in the kitchen such as

concierge was extremely knowledgeable and organized everything from tours, spa and meals perfectly
