the cleanliness, laundry facilities, and breakfast all were perfect.

bathroom close to the fitness room and pool was clogged and i couldn't find a staff member to let them know

were clean, free wifi, and we enjoyed the hot breakfast

the 6:45 desk clerk was rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered when i asked about the wifi password
