wifi worked well

the wifi was patchy in the evening when there were multiple rooms using it

arrived at around 5pm and needed to do some laundry, the lady at reception said that the laundrette would be

for us at a nearby restaurant, for copies of menu for us to preorder, gave us directions to laundry, convenience

the staff were very helpful with driving us back and forth to the parking lot when we wanted the car

across from large park on the ocean

laundry service is super expensive so we didn't use it

the one-bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable

living space for our toddler to run around, the separate 2 suites when we needed our space, the kitchen for

as a vegetarian i really appreciated chef aron coming out of the kitchen to talk about what off-menu foods he

the suite had a full kitchen which was great for our week long stay

we used laundry service which was very convenient

they compensated us for our pool not being ready

wasn't clear that the spa wasn't part of the resort

our last day there were about 20 kids by the beach bar cat calling and yelling highly inappropriate things at

the kitchen was under repair the whole time (we weren't informed of this)

the laundry lost my handkerchief

we could even have room service, which we didn't

the wifi didn t work two mornings out of 3 and the plumbing was off one morning after a storm and the

they remembered our kids names (4 year old and 1 year old) and that already had my heart beating to love them

be back to this place for sure--felt safe there also-beach was nice--they had a great dock with bar and plenty

pool was nice and right on the beach also

happy hour all afternoon at different pools

we enjoyed exploring the towns and neighboring areas in the morning and finishing our days in the pool

the girls in the front desk, orlando our driver and the bar and restaurant staff were the best

delicious free n breakfast each morning beachfront

would have enjoyed the beach bar being open, but understand that maybe there weren t enough people around to

food is pretty good, breakfast was top notch

pool was a clean and a great temperature

the laundry service was a disappointment - my clothes were returned in a screwed up ball in a bag,

wifi in rooms and/or restaurant would be great. it was only available at the office building.

the wifi advertised seemed to just be a hotspot off the check-in guys phone

love that the kitchen and bar stayed open late for us because we were hungry and thirsty after a late check

so the kids could look over the wall from the top bunk into our bedroom

well located (in belmopan, very far from belize city!) and count with laundry service

warm water, good wifi, comfy bed. 10 minutes walk from the bus station.

comfortable bed, good shower, air-conditioning, goid wifi, quiet pleasant

a/c machine was very loud so we couldn't keep it on for too long at a time the wifi was weak in our

wifi was off completely for about a day, and was very weak in our room when it was working

there was a storm that impacted the wifi, but the technical team cam to fix that an hour later, so couldn't

didn t have wifi the whole time we were there which as a foreign traveler with no local phone numbers was a

restaurant and bar not open for slow season. wish they had told me before booking.

wifi is the lower point: the connection quality was inconsistent
