burned out in laundry facility

i love that they have a laundry room

so was laundry

couldn't sleep and i started breaking out i thought it was from maybe the laundry soap they used by the next

i got a smoking room, but i think the ventilation was poor- the smoky smell was way too pungent even for us

but adequate breakfast, available laundry, close to good mexican restaurant, clean rooms

had a foul odor, my towels were damp (i'm not sure if they didn't get dried from the laundry, or if it was used

but there is a really nice laundry mat just a couple miles from the hotel (willow avenue express)

not much, breakfast bar ok

wifi did not work, bathroom was quaint but old. this place was rated at 3 stars, more like two.

for some reason we got scheduled for a pet and smoking room, and she asked me if that is what we needed

claims to be pet friendly but won't accommodate cats

parking was kinda eh

was good,never got to have an option of a pastry or a breakfast sandwich at any other

pool was closed, the sports bar was closed , would not allow early check in after requesting it at the time of

left too early to try the breakfast but the guy working the front desk was super friendly and helpful

the hotel provides ice, a vending machine for drinks, and self-serve laundry facilities if you need those

there was mold in the bathroom, limited parking, and the laundry machines were out of order.

and vaping is not the same as smoking tobacco

s what you expect for the price, rooms are outdated, i chose non smoking but our room smelled heavily of smoke

have a couple more handicap parking spaces

the pool water stay cold it was hard to swim in that

the indoor pool was great for these early spring months for the kids to enjoy

the stationary bike in the fitness room was broken

any other night we were told parking would have been an issue as the lots were full of trucks

lots of parking and luggage racks.

they were not loud or obnoxious, but they hung their laundry on the exterior balcony rails , and left their

pool, laundry and ice was available. clean rooms and was able to have my dog.

had not been vaccumed, no laundry bag, no access to front desk at 11:10pm no cream rinse told to go to walmart

was 60% empty but we were still put in the room next to the maid's laundry

the property was clean and pet friendly.

i had to stand and wait in the lobby for her to finish smoking

however it was very convenient and had ample parking

king bed was very comfortable rooms were nice and cozy and they still had smoking rooms available which was

there is road construction infront of hotel, making turning into hotel parking hard.

and a quarter bottle of benadryl later, i m pretty sure now that he was allergic to whatever laundry detergent

the trash to be picked up and for the room to be vacuumed since i have two kids who just leave crumbs everywhere

pool hours were great for kids quietness and location

5) the laundry room is more than useful, but load up on quarters for both washing and drying

the included breakfast was not the average disappointing hotel breakfast, it was served by the restaurant and

clean -friendly staff -heated pools -decent location as it's close to on/off ramps for the interstate and stores

i enjoyed the workout room and the pool as well

the location, great food and drinks with great prices, physical amenities and a pool

the pool looked nice however we never got a chance to try it out

t get room stocked with toilet paper and towels so i had to go to the office and all the way to laundry to

not easy to get to your room and i would like them to offer orange juice at breakfast

we were given no paperwork/info about breakfast or wifi or anything at check in

$20 fee for pet plus taxes! not mentioned anywhere when booking!

we were able to make use of the laundry facilities which was much appreciated

only suggestion is to have more variety at breakfast. what they did have was wonderful.
