found a pizza box underneath my bed and more trash, the carpet was filthy and no one cleaned my room for 3 of

the staff are lazy and room service is nonexistent

i didn t get room service a single time during my stay and had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels

kids loved the pool it was only 4ft deep and it's a salt water pool and they are pet

nearby but later realized it was an unbalanced load in the washing machine that was in the laundry room directly

also, there were a bunch of loud families with young kids in the hotel that night

they still have smoking rooms, the smell has sunk into the grubby hallway carpeting

if i had stayed longer i would have used the laundry room, which appeared to be well maintained with several

clean, friendly atmosphere, easy access, easy parking, professional and kind staff.

spacious suites gym was very spacious, pool perfectly clean the staff were very helpful especially valerie

there is plenty of free parking

convenient location to our kids. breakfast included which was more than just muffins and coffee.

we were able to do our laundry and got assistance from reception stuff

also, the laundry facilities were down and that was tough

not much but perhaps the pool could be open 24hrs.
