staff was friendly, place was clean, loved the pool!

the restaurant was awful room service was unprofessional and the menu was mismatched between room listings and

no parking if you returned late. too many non hotel parking

parking was easy despite the large number of people in the hotel

get to go in but the pool area looked extremely hot inside and i didn't like that it wasn't any grits for

they had an excellent breakfast, pool and a hot tub

turns out some kids had disconnected to hook up a gaming console ( typically) , so he reconfigured

smelled musty and room was directly over the pool so i think kids were coughing at night due to pool

no clean sheets and didn t pick up our laundry

the sink was being held up by 2x4s, there was a hole in our comforter, and the non smoking room reeked of

no pool. too much noise.

apparently booked a smoking room by mistake so that s on me but the bedding was not clean and wreaked of

so she googled it and then she looked all over the office i asked her if she would check the laundry room cause

the staff were very friendly, the room clean, and the continental breakfast was very good

the bar in the shower was too small and too low

i liked having the free wifi and the included breakfast

only thing that bothered me was another family had let their 3 kids in the pool area unattended and they were

pet cost of $75 is rather high when you are only staying one night.

booked a suite to have separate bedroom from kids - at quite a high price

they are having to do things a little differently but you still have access to the gym, pool and the breakfast

unlike the delta marriott in ashland ky, there is plenty of parking for guests, the managers are friendly and
