breakfast, pool, gym, wifi, tv, fridge, microwave, in-room coffee/tea, heat-a/c worked great, laundry facilities

outside to get to the parking lot they should be moved further from the front door & the indoor pool was to cold

nice bed, desk and bath. breakfast was well done. or done well.

i didn't eat breakfast there at the hotel.

everything the quietness, the pool, the breakfast

com and two prices were offered the one we chose included breakfast

the bar is such a nice way to end the day too-nice staff, surroundings and cold beer :) i had to park

the poolareawas small. parking was difficult.

the hotel has a really nice bar in the lobby and people were just hanging out, it was a really cool vibe

very family friendly and pet friendly. great staff and location!

parking sucks and no laundry facilities in building

crusty stuff (i ll leave that to the imagination) on the cushions of the sofa bed that our kids slept on

not coffee maker in room. water for shower wasn't quite hot enough. parking lot could be bigger.

apparently booked a smoking room by mistake so that s on me but the bedding was not clean and wreaked of

heave soil around outlets , under cabnets , webs , needs repainted in rooms stains on beding , wifi did not have

liked the complimentary breakfast and the gym.

could not make waffles for the kids

turns out some kids had disconnected to hook up a gaming console ( typically) , so he reconfigured

i loved the free breakfast, the location was perfect and the outside was beautiful!

they had an excellent breakfast, pool and a hot tub

not telling me the password to wifi just seems like he was busy thinking what the owner told him

i booked a non smoking room and when i got there they booked it from out from under me

we don't get a receipt as the person in the breakfast room was the same one to check you out

no clean sheets and didn t pick up our laundry

ordered a non smoking and we were put in a smoking and was told that it was the last room on the first floor i

no pool. too much noise.

covid 19 lockdown shut the room service down for breakfast

were hoping for a pool because our kids look forward to swimming but not a need

did notice that there were the same room service trays in the hallway for 3 days, so that did not impress me

so she googled it and then she looked all over the office i asked her if she would check the laundry room cause

00 for two nights plus 45 dollars a night per pet plus a 100 deposit and i would like wat they owe

i'm not a big breakfast eater, so the free breakfast was good for my habits

non smoking, i got smoking,tv didnt work , took till 1am to get moved to a better room , , also laundry had 1

unfortunately i was unable to sample the breakfast but to no fault of bw

from marijuana being smoke here (to each their own but i keep my kids away from it), the hotel itself was dirty

kids loved the youtube on the tv;older child enjoyed the pool; loved the late check out time, and

place for kids

they didn't know how to fix the internet and they didn't have ice or milk for the kids

location, comfort and breakfast were wonderful. i would definitely recommend it to anyone

was friendly, the whirlpool rooms were awesome, coffee was great, pet friendly was a big plus, as well

had traveled 9 hours only to find the pool out of service and treadmill in the gym out of service

the only downside is both the pool and laundry facilities are no longer available

i wish it didn t smell like pets upstairs and the laundry detergent they used on the sheets bothered my

there is no fitness room just like it describes there is half of the room smell like wet dog unfortunately due

gave us our keys and wifi password, got to the room and tried to log on, no network showed up

i did use the guest laundry and was pleased

pool was temporarily closed every couple of days and the elevator tends to be unavailable and the laundry

a workout room, very nice and clean pool, guest laundry, dedicated work space

the pool wasn t heated. but my kids still loved playing in a pool in the middle of winter!!

and my fiance loves that the pool was open 24 hours

they are having to do things a little differently but you still have access to the gym, pool and the breakfast
