no laundry room for guest

nice staff check in and out, and nice staff helping breakfast as well

great people up front and the lady that made breakfast was as well.

room was clean and comfortable and bed slept wonderful, also, the complimentary morning breakfast was fantastic

breakfast had lots of variety

parking lot seemed a little sketchy

room they put me in did not have a working heater and the plug for the spa bath or jetted bath tub did not fit

the parking was exceptionally large

clean. quiet. pleasing for the most part. would plan to return if parking was better planned.

kitchen staff were lovely. very clean, well supplied.

no laundry bag, no extra toilet paper in room

laundry area was dirty, microwave wasn't working, room was a tight fit space,

bed was to firm, no blow dryer, no coffee maker, no laundry bags, to noisy.

they are remodeling, and we neeeded to do laundry they let us use the hotel washers

no pet deposit or incidental deposit

come to find out, the laundry room with staff working in it was right next to room 101

breakfast was a full hot breakfast, with eggs, bacon/sausage, hashbrowns, as well as cereal and

staff, easy access for pet area, 2 elevators for guests - all very comfortable and clean

price for the time used, better parking better access for handicapped

paseo unit we stayed in had a few issues- steep stairs, refrigerator leaked water, tiles in kitchen coming up,

kids indoor playground is closed, but all other eminities were open

open space, clean and many activities for everyone (kids and adults).

the service at the bar at the yacht club was terrible and jt wasn t even busy.

everything was great! room service, food, and bed was awesome!
