no change machine for laundry!

both rooms however were over the laundry room

the laundry area was out of service.

water in the pool was cold.

i wished they fire pit was behind the hotel and not in the parking lot.

there is no 24 hour laundry or front desk.

the pool was very enjoyable during my stay

they added a nice little touch with a grab and go snack/breakfast station

we went out for breakfast because we prefer a big meal then they had pastries and coffee and fruit, which was

this by far was the best experience for my furbabe and by the way, the cheapest pet fee ever

manger told me they outsource the laundry to be washed off site

two things that i would've like to see there is a laundry service on site and a little microwave in the room

kitchen area had fridge and plates etc but no microwave or way to clean dishes - seemed odd

wifi was in and out however expected due to the mountains

in the same parking lot there is a small grocery mart, post office and smoke shop

i requested a room as far away from the laundry and pool facilities and was very happy to find myself at the

dryer is down, and the hotel reception offer great help to dry our laundry. thanks a lot.

staff was amazing i was with my two children and you know kids with hotels

parking can be challenging, especially when oversized pickup trucks occupy more than their fair

i was surprised to see that we had to pay extra for a faster wifi connection.

the staff was helpful in directing us to a local watering hole and comped our mini-golf

were disappointed to arrive to find out the pool wasn't open and wish that the dates for that were posted on

the snacks were stale the mini golf was fun but old needs fixing everything closed at 8 6

beautiful location with hiking trails, full kitchen, books and games, pool table, all great!

i thought elephants were living above me, bug just two bratty kids

nice clean kitchen with washer and dryer was a great convenience i did not expect

kitchen was missing necessary items

too far from the village. it's a 20 minute walk. we weren't allowed to use the fireplace.

loved that wood for the fireplace is provided & that there was a washer/dryer in the apt
