it's clean, convenient, quiet and has a good breakfast

breakfast was only set out until 8:00am and i missed it. should be 9 or 10.

breakfast was good did very well with the virus issue making sure all was safe and comfortable

site says pet friendly, we called and asked about non service pets and was told all dogs are allowed

the only downside i would note is there is no on-site guest laundry room
