accused me of smoking in the room when i didn't

no wifi, our mattress you could feel the springs, did not sleep well.

there is a separate free parking for trucks

ample parking; hotel was right off the highway.

convenient location. close to truck stop to do laundry.

not clean. non smoking room smelled of cigarettes

and it was a smoking room which i did not request

wifi iffy at times- mostly over thanksgiving weekend - dunkin donuts wifi not100% that weekend,

very nice pool area with hot tub and workout area

pool area needs some ventilation

breakfast was poor, location was ok, room & bathroom were very cleaned

the pool never had towels but they were happy to get them at the front desk when notified

when we checked in after 4pm the dirty laundry still piled ouside rooms on 2nd floor that we had to pass by to

extra amenities like indoor basketball, pool tables, darts, great gym, lounge, fridge in rooms, laundry onsite

comfy bed, laundry room/kitchenette with microwave and ice machine down the hall, very quiet - highly

we did find there was a floor level microwave by the laundry room our last night of our stay

the pool area was beautiful and there s a huge gym area

liked everything about the hotel, especially that it is pet friendly

i asked for room service twice on our four day stay

extra pet fee.

my son he is having trouble breathing we got a much cleaner hotel they also advertise you can do laundry you

caution tape keeping us out of pool and pallets stacked in the parking lots

just the noise level of kids playing in hall.

stay was amazing the staff was awesome and the kids loved the pool and the adults love the jacuzzi u can watch

and spa were under some sort of maintenance and closed also all restaurants were closed these are the

very clean & comfortable. i always try to stay in a hampton inn because of the indoor pool.

clean comfortable room, friendly staff, good location, breakfast was good, pool was open
