the young lady behind the lounge bar on friday 23 rd may was a credit to the hotel, she was so smiley and

wifi connection wasn't very good.

was a bit further out than expected and online says there are laundry facilities at an extra charge, however

upon arrival we used the pool and sauna which was great

wifi log in system was a bit annoying as it was keeping disconnecting our devices

of the room being right next to the laundry room meant we got woken up quite early

thing i could think of is that we could have done with laundry bags to put used bedding/towels in as they need

our room shook (unsure why we thought our room may have been near a laundry room which caused our room to shake

the bar was lovely as was the pool due for renovation but the kids loved it

rooms not soundproofed heard kids shouting in the night.

although promoting a relaxing pool and spa the pool was in constant use for kids swimming lessons
