we love the shuttle, restaurant staff for the most part, the cooks work very hard and you can tell because the

prior and was fine but husband didnt have hot water the next morning- it was more luke warm, wifi was a little painful and didnt function as it

no room service.

even though it took them a while to get a room ready they gave us a late check out the following day ( additional five hours at no cost to us)

there is only one laundry room with one each washer and dryer available for this large hotel.

loved the pool had the small area as my toddler only likes to go where he can comfortably stand

location to beach and stores ✔️friendly front desk staff day and night as we checked in late around 1am ✔️late check out is til 2pm for $25 which is very convenient along with room

was pleasant, room was big with full kitchen facilities and the bathroom was large and everything was clean

also we appreciated the mini kitchenette in the room but would have been nice to have maybe a pan and a few dishes so we could

kitchen didn't have utensils, we didn't have to cook, but in case you are thinking of it, plan to

hard to find a place with a kitchen that is pet friendly and doesn’t charge a huge pet fee

quick, easy check in and out. let us have late check out without an extra fee!

the gym was minimal

beds are comfy, hot breakfast bar is a nice perk, and the pool area is lovely

breakfast was good but would like to see more variety like biscuits and gravy, bacon and more fresh

the friendly service, breakfast included, clean pool, proximity to the beaches, took a 15 min drive to be at the beach

the staff would not accommodate a late check out when my flight was delayed for over four hours.

should be included for the night rates of $250 or more, pool should be heated and late check out an option

and daniel then allowed me to stay till 1 for late check out and if need longer till he was out of surgery to let him know

pool closes way to early, shouldn't close at all since there is not a lifeguard on duty ever,

it was available, and offered late check out and amanda was awesome!

i loved the pool, and i thought it was great that there were two pools

there weren’t places to hang towels and bathing suits to dry after the beach/pool

very clean and the bed was comfortable! i loved swimming in the pool.

great location! loved having a pool too. all the staff were friendly and helpful!
