staff was friendly and allowed us a late check out

the breakfast was fairly sufficient for a short stay. we really enjoyed the location

dirty and smelled bad, carpets were stained everywhere , no help with suitcases and no elevator, breakfast ended too early

the continental breakfast could have used more diabetic friendly

the food at the restaurant is horrendeous, don't bother with room service nor breakfast.

clean room, nice gym, great pool only stayed one night but could have stayed more.

alley - which was broken, the arcade, which also had many broken games, as well as the mini-golf

i was hoping for a late check out, but understood why not

once we got our keys we went to our room on the 4th floor, there were bags of garbage and laundry all down the hallways

was great as we were visiting family who are located all around the kitchener/waterloo area

location, easy access. lots of parking.

the location is very convenient and plenty of free parking.
