arrived really late

no jacuzzi pool water very cold

it was a kitchen in the room

into and out of the parking lot area was difficult

in the hallways, bad parking

awesome late check in late check out ..

we appreciated that being a member of ihg we were able to have a late check out which worked well for us as i was working in the area and didn't get out until 3pm

in parking lot asking for money and we were asked if we wanted room service and said yes and didn’t get any room service and 2nd night we asked again about room

the rooms were very clean and the pool stays open pretty late which our kids loved!
