in the room enough to care our neighbors were loud all night but the front desk gave us a late check out so we could rest more they opened up the pool for us and we really enjoyed our time

the breakfast was amazing. the location was great it is close to kings island

location entire hotel was very clean balcony room late check out option valet parking

expensive parking like all downtown hotels. no comp breakfast or drinks.

we were able to get an early check in

the location, the bar in the lobby and the gym were great.

the gym was great, everything was clean

arena football game all i wanted to do was relax and have a late check out and the staff made that possible

staff was so nice when i asked for a late check out so i could get some more rest before my flight in the afternoon

they also gave me a late check out of 1 pm which was amazing

breakfast was good, staff was phenomenal, valet was phenomenal

liked that the gym was so easy to find and pretty clean

only thing i did not like was that we missed the breakfast

everything from the rooms to breakfast. they always do a great job.

my daughters had a 5 hour break between each of their performances and i was able to receive a late check out so we could hang out in the hotel instead of walk around cincy for 5 hours

they have a nice gym and a pool too

the gym was 24/7

i decided to try room service, but no one answered after waiting over 5 minutes

we weren't allowed to have an extra cot for our kids

continental breakfast consisted of coffee and lemon danish.

there was no breakfast and it was close to where i was visiting friends

breakfast was nice

better beds and better breakfast choices and just alottle mpre cleaner

thing about it is after she bust in the room i have to argue with this employee about having a late check out

due to the fact this covid 19 is going on we couldn’t get hot breakfast in the morning

i didn’t eat breakfast. the stay was very comfortable and peaceful.

pool wasn’t working, elevator stopped working had to walk to 5 th floor….
