in the room enough to care our neighbors were loud all night but the front desk gave us a late check out so we could rest more they opened up the pool for us and we really enjoyed our time

the room was big and spacious with a nice little kitchen

they gave us a late check out until 12:00 and didn't change us extra for it
hotel was very clean, staff was excellent in letting us have a late check out time.

the location was great not to far from king’s island and they gave us a different room due to a late check out and the room wasn’t ready yet and didnt fuss over it and they
no breakfast

a little pricey but balanced out with not having a pet fee.

left notes to her staff saying something completely different and charged me my deposit as late check out fee
the late check out we got normally it's at 11pm but they pushed it to 1pm at no cost!
laundry room is all coin operated with not coin machine or atm on site
cleanliness of the room and the pool
