shuttle service was a fantastic amenity. location of hotel can't be beat.

i went on a busy long weekend and had a very late check in - but they made up for that by giving me an extended late check out

pool is always warm as a bath and the staff is more than willing to help with anything you need

friendly and accommodating from late check out to a thermostat not working properly

fitness room had adequate equipment but i wish it was in a room with windows

loved the room (especially for family of 5), ski storage, heated spa and pool and games room

drunk kids screaming and yelling at all hours of the night.

the pool was 31 degrees, so nice to swim in december

there is a small pool and hot-tub - possibly slightly too small for the size of hotel but

the little things really made it fun for the kids

- late check out fees even for an hour felt unnecessary when they already have too much availability

located just steps from the village, the facility has been updated nicely and is clean, the kids enjoyed being able to use the pool

we've requested for a late check out since we had a snowmobile tour in the morning on our last day and they let us stay
