arrived roughly around midnight and the lady who checked us in was super sweet and offered us a late check out at no extra cost knowing that we were traveling with three young children

our room was a suite with a full kitchen and plenty of room throughout

too many kids and you can hear what is going on in the hallways and the rooms connected to you.

our room was close to an exterior door and parking lot so it was easy to bring in luggage

it has a courteous, helpful staff, a good restaurant and bar and pirate-ship-themed small waterpark

they let me do an early check in and late check out

there was hair on the sheets the shames where torn there was mold in the gym work out area

our room had no phone, the light above the spa tub would not stop flickering, and the door was hard to open

hotel does house a casino but never heard any noise from it at all

breakfast was very minimal

as we got in very late one night, we were allowed a late check

the staff and the room. the cooks in the kitchen were wonderful.

we also appreciated the shuttle service from the airport which was very efficient with a friendly and courteous driver
