stay at that hotel frequently in the past and requested a late check out 12:00 the front desk person that i before said that would be fine the next day that

they charges my debit card $49 dollars for the late check out & took $49 out of my security deposit

breakfast and pool in description. neither available. room dirty on arrival.

i booked my stay for (10/10-14/2024 there was two false things online no kitchen , no breakfast at this location

and we were told no breakfast as kitchen is under inspection

love the renovated room and cleanliness great value for price and late check out.

beds was very comfortable and i loved the late check

staff was nice it was clean they had an exercise room and pool, small but nice n did the job

fyi pool and bar were closed due to covid but that s to be expected

i didn t visit the pool but it looked nice, on the small side, but clean

i enjoyed the coffee from the bistro and was happy to work out in the gym

the best part of my stay was the fact i got late check out.

didn’t like how i couldn’t get room service while i was in the room with my kids my son has a disability and they refused to clean my room while we were there they told me

and we are coming back next week now with the kids
