the norm, your promised a check in time & it wasn't met & we were late to the hotel

requested a late check out and three times someone came to clean the room early morning

made us feel stupid when we requested a late check out

we used the on site cinema, gym and availed of the thermal suite also

owners were very welcoming and accommodating, gave us late check out after new year's eve

the cocktails in the bar are amazing, my partner likes an old fashioned cocktail, and even tho i don't think it was on

the cocktails and food in the bar were unbelievable
