i liked about my stay the best was being able to request a late check out time for a small fee
and each time i had security pounding on my door at checkout time and they had no idea about any late check out the first time this occurred

location was not convenient to any services, but the inn provided free shuttle service to restaurants and any other services needed
great location, awesome shuttle drivers. shower had really hot water.
super comfortable beds, decent pool/hot tub, nice breakfast, good location for airport and downtown
spa (hot tub) was closed the whole time but the pool was open

a few staffs tend to give customers hard time to when asking for late check out
the front desk was very nice and made sure we got our late check out like we had asked for when we reserved

spa was paved over in pool area.
the room was clean and comfortable. i loved the indoor pool and hot tub.
about 5 minutes, but i am very short fused about constant annoying noises, it did not bother my kids
pool needed to be cleaned the water was green.
