i liked about my stay the best was being able to request a late check out time for a small fee
and each time i had security pounding on my door at checkout time and they had no idea about any late check out the first time this occurred
the no cash policy that requires guests to go the casino to get change for the coin operated laundry
the casino bar had alot of riff raff hanging around

a few staffs tend to give customers hard time to when asking for late check out
like that i was given a late check out very easily
the front desk was very nice and made sure we got our late check out like we had asked for when we reserved
the resort side was very clean and renovated! huge room!! i loved the gym as well

that you walk to not far from hotel the dogs had a wonderful time and the hotel has a nice little gym and
like the front desk staff the room the fireplace the pool and gym the free parking the bed very comfortable great view

spa was paved over in pool area.
the room was clean and comfortable. i loved the indoor pool and hot tub.
about 5 minutes, but i am very short fused about constant annoying noises, it did not bother my kids
pool needed to be cleaned the water was green.
